Lan Pan Asian Café specializes in East and Southeast Asian cuisine including dishes from Japan, China, Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam. We focus on offering unique food items unlike anything South Floridians have tasted before. Our menu includes an eclectic collection of small starter plates where you can sample several appetizers for dinner, a wide variety of noodles and rices for hearty appetites, a distinct and varied entrée selection, many vegetarian options, and an extensive offering of sushi and sashimi. Moreover, we offer unusual beverages including a small but fun wine list, several cold sakes, house-made sodas, and Miami 's only bubble tea bar.

The Chef, Johnson Teh, has over twenty years of experience working in the restaurant business both in Asia and in the United States . He often creates dishes that are traditional but are reinterpreted with a light contemporary touch bringing new tastes and textures to classical favorites.

Lan Pan-Asian Cafe!

Some of the more unusual offerings start as evening specials. Johnson likes to showcase some of the more unknown Asian cuisines, such as Filipino food, and introduce our customers to regional specialties. Specials offer a chance to highlight Johnson's creativity and often include dishes with influences from different Asian regions resulting in a dish that is not really Chinese, not quite Korean, but a modern take on how different Asian cultures influence and affect each other's foods.

Some of our specialties include fiery spinach, creamy seafood and taro croquettes, new century sushi rolls, garlic beef tataki, and wild mushroom crusted tuna with a red miso broth.

Lan Pan Asian Café has been highly rated by the New Times, The Miami Herald, The Sun Sentinel, and The Zagat. The restaurant was also chosen as one of the top ten restaurants in Miami for 2001 in the Miami Herald's year end selection.

We are open for business six days a week. Tuesday through Saturday, we are open from 11:30-3:00 for lunch and 5:30-10:30 for dinner. On Sunday, we are open from 1:00-9:30. We are closed on Mondays.
